Dr. Sos arrived in Freetown with great expectation, believing that this years National Conference will make a difference for the pastors of the AoG, Sierra Leone. Preparations were in full gear as the pastors even from the remotest parts of the country were arriving. Some of them traveled many hours to reach the city. Rev. Raymond England, Superintendent of AoG, Sierra Leone, and the national committee set aside three days of seminars for the pastors. Dr. Sos was blessed to have the opportunity to teach a seminar on “Weapons Mighty in God.” Addressing contemporary issues of Spiritual Warfare, and personal struggles in ministry, was according to the leadership, a very timely topic.

Revival Meetings were scheduled for 4 nights. Form the first service on the Lord was releasing the anointing of His Holy Spirit on pastors and leaders. Each night Dr. Sos spoke on a subject of increasing effectiveness of ministry. The prayer at the altar resulted in changed lives and empowered ministry. We believe that these experiences will have a lasting affect on the work of God in Sierra Leone.
Pastors from the interior of the country were sponsored by the generosity of Canadian believers for their travel expenses. For some this was the first time to be part of such conference. Dr. Sos also brought clothing and other goods which were distributed among most needed pastors. It was a real joy to see how appreciative these pastors and their wife’s were. Sierra Leone is a needy country in many ways and we are committed to help them as much as we can.
Dr. Sos concluded his Sierra Leone ministry preaching at First Assembly of God Church. Rev. Marlai Buya-Kamara, senior pastor of this fine assembly is a very busy man.The church is striving to get ahead and expand its boarders to reach their area for Jesus. It was a blessing for Dr. Sos to be able to minister there and then board the airplane for Ghana.
