OUR MINISTRY

SOS Ministries International is a ministry that is compelled to reach and teach those who are spiritually committed and uncommitted to Jesus Christ. During the course of a year, Dr. Stefan Sos ministers in many countries (including the listed ones on the home page) to teach, preach and help plant churches to further the Kingdom of God.

HISTORY

When did SOS Ministries International start?

In January of 1993, Dr. Stefan Sos began his ministry based in Edmonton, Alberta under the care of Mission Link of the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada.

Prayer and Financial Support have come through not only the PAOC, but through many sponsors in Canada, the United States, Germany, Singapore, Malaysia, Slovenia and other countries throughout the world.

How is God using this ministry to change the World?

TEACHING MINISTRY

One of our goals is the equipping of saints for the God given mandate/ For the last fifteen years, Dr. Sos has been teaching various Bibles Colleges around the world. He teaches: OT Exegesis on the book of Proverbs and Job, Homiletics, Ministerial Ethics, Pneumatology, Spiritual Leadership, Preaching in the 21st Century, Holy Spirit in Missions, Evangelism, Angelology and Fivefold Ministry.

EVANGELISM

Soul winning is not only a priority for the believer but also for every minister of the gospel. SOS Ministries International is committed to evangelism and revival meetings. In the past fifteen years we have seen scores of souls saved and many traditional churches revived.

We will continue to minister to every nation the Lord allows us. May the Lord give us fresh winds of revival and a great harvest of souls for His Kingdom.

PASTORS CONFERENCES AND SEMINARS

Many churches are forced into making changes in their methodology, outreach ministry or their style of worship. Some changes may be beneficial but necessarily spiritual. Those are some of the difficulties pastors are facing today. Leadership training is at a prime in may countries of the world. We thank God for the opportunity to be able to minister to so many pastors around the world.

HUMANITARIAN HELP

As you know, we live in a needy world. Most of the Christian Organizations are doing their best to meet the needs of people who are not so fortunate as we are. SOS Ministries International is involved on a regular basis to bring help and needed finances to poor nations. We are sponsoring pastors’ families, orphans and educational facilities. It is our privilege to serve in this manner.
